I just completed the Boss Babes Athletics 8 week challenge and have seen amazing results both physically & mentally in that time. I have never felt stronger or healthier.

Each week of the challenge Jennifer would take the time to email me my own detailed meal plan, workout and cardio schedule. This is crucial for me when it comes to self-discipline and something no other trainer had offered before.

Jennifer is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm she brings to every session. Her easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. She makes each workout challenging, creative and most important fun!

She also places a high value on correct form with each exercise, this is paramount for my success. Jennifer motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get results. I have incredible energy, my balance and flexibility have improved immensely and I’ve got great new muscles and most important I feel so much more comfortable in my own skin!

Jennifer Steen, founder and owner of Boss Babes Athletics, is by far one of the most motivating and inspiring trainers I’ve worked with over the years. I’m not a professional athlete, nor am I someone who competes in the body building/physique industry, so naturally I didn’t want to train with someone whose focus was strictly prepping clients for a show.

Her 8-week challenge was the perfect opportunity for me to learn about my body and how it responds to specific dietary fundamentals and adjustments. I never felt like I was depleted nor did I have the typical cravings many of us experience when dieting/adjusting our eating habits. The workouts and variations were challenging enough to produce results in areas that have always been problematic for me. I still think she has some superhuman power that allows her to look at you and say “…do this workout…” “…complete this circuit….” AND, when you follow her lead, you get results!

Jen was attentive, kind, and supportive of me throughout the entire challenge. Her genuine personality, kind spirit, and understanding nature encouraged me to remain focused and determined throughout the process.

Thank you so much for everything. I really did get what I wanted out of this challenge. While I am not yet as tone as I want to get, I am definitely seeing change. It’s not very visible in photos but I can feel it.

I know I need to keep working hard to get where I need to be. It has taught me how to use equipment at the gym, and how to design weekly workouts. I’ve saved four weeks of workouts on my phone and plan to stick with those. I now get up at 5am and start my day with a workout and it helps me feel so energized and accomplish for the day! I also have a greater understanding of food and how to combine macros to get the nutrition I need.

First of all, I’m grateful for having someone like you guide me through the change I went through. I am so excited to see how my clothes fit now and what cute stuff I can buy to wear because I am way more confident with my body!! I am more than thrilled with what you have helped me accomplish! Overall I am happy. Doing this kept me out of the house during unemployment and that was huge. Because there were many days I just wanted to be depressed and lay around but I didn’t! For me that alone is a win. I feel mentally stronger and like I’m finally myself again. I wasn’t perfect and I didn’t see the results I wanted but that’s ok. I still see a difference and my pants are fitting a bit loose.
